(1) Lead and support the digital transformation project with AI system implementation
- Ensure developed new AI system is aligned with real manufacturing processes;
- Develop project milestones and track the process to meet target timelines;
- Maintain audit-ready documentation with full traceability of model updates, dataset refinements, and configuration changes; and
- Support governance and compliance processes by preparing structured reports and ensuring adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
(2) Analyze AI model performance and operational optimization
- Review algorithm outputs, refine training datasets and adjust AI configurations to improve system accuracy and operational applicability;
- Conduct analysis of production data, risk indicators, and performance gaps to deliver actionable insights and early warnings;
- Optimize and monitor KPIs, utilization metrics, and operational performance of AI algorithms to ensure continuous improvement.
(3) Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and lead global functional workshops to align stakeholders on AI integration roadmap and accelerate project milestones; and
- Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, HR, and planning teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
(4) Manage the system after implementation
- Monitor system performance post-deployment, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous enhancement cycles;
- Support shop-floor and operational teams by troubleshooting system-related issues, validating system behavior against real production scenarios, and coordinating timely resolution.
