Job summary

Trayd Inc. in New York City (FiDi) invites applicants for an AI Support Specialist. You will be the first line of contact, triaging questions and assisting with AI-driven responses. The role sits on the Product team and offers growth from support to product ownership as you learn the platform and industry.

You’ll collaborate with engineering to ship small fixes, draft helpful content, and improve the knowledge base. NYC-based, in-person role with competitive pay and equity.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate
• Clear, warm writing and ability to explain complex ideas simply
• Genuine interest in AI and hands-on with tools
• Willingness to learn construction industry

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer questions, responding quickly, clearly, and accurately.
• Review AI-drafted replies for accuracy and tone before sending.
• Triage and route incoming issues, spotting urgent payroll-blocking problems.
• Own queue health: ensure issues are resolved or escalated by day’s end.
• Turn resolved questions into help articles and training content.
• Partner with product and engineering to surface recurring issues and push for real fixes.
• As you ramp, take ownership of AI support agents and knowledge base.
• Use AI coding tools to ship small fixes and improvements with engineering support.
