Job summary

Langdock in Berlin offers a 12-month AI Associates program focused on front-line support and real-world AI systems. You will learn how models and cloud services behave in production while assisting customers and teams with issues.

On onboarding you support the platform, then own the queue, participate in sidequests, and position yourself for a permanent role across AI adoption, partnerships, or solutions engineering. English is required.

Qualifications

• On-the-job learning about AI systems, tools, and cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Berlin for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Front-line customer support: manage tickets end-to-end across model behavior, API, enterprise compliance, billing, and access control.
• Investigate what is happening under the hood by reproducing issues, reading logs and API responses.
• Explain AI to users in plain language so they understand non-determinism, latency, and model choice.
• Take on cross-team sidequests and own small projects like documentation or automation.
• Escalate to engineering and product with clear reproduction steps and bug reports.
• Improve support with AI and build internal tooling to resolve routine questions faster.
