- Handle front-line customer tickets end-to-end in a high-volume queue.
- Investigate issues, reproduce bugs, and communicate clear solutions to enterprise users.
- Raise issues to engineering and product with reproduction steps and context.
- Assist in improving support operations and testing AI-driven tooling.
