Wayfair is seeking an AI Stylist & Digital Visual Merchandiser in a hybrid Boston-based role to pioneer the intersection of interior design and generative technology. You will create digitally-staged room presentations using AI to shape lighting and composition.

The position is Associate level with a portfolio that showcases both traditional design and AI-driven work, and requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and AI platforms. Hybrid work and urban luxury experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in home styling or visual merchandising in ecommerce or luxury environments.
• Expert proficiency with the specified AI platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with 3D software (Blender, Clo3D, or V-Ray) preferred.
• BFA in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• A sophisticated 'Home' portfolio featuring both traditional design and AI work (portfolio required).

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in AI tools (Weavy, Runway, Midjourney) to direct lighting and composition.
• Generate lifestyle concepts through rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Master image synthesis techniques including inpainting and outpainting workflows.
• Integrate AI outputs with professional post-production software (Adobe Suite).
