Job description

We're a multi-generational home textiles design and import house adding an AI Graphic Designer to our team. This is a designer who works at the front edge of today's AI tools and uses them to produce more, faster, across our design department.

What you'll do

• Design packaging inserts, dielines, factory guidelines, presentations, marketing creative, and product mockups
• Use AI tools heavily and daily — Firefly, Midjourney, generative fill, prompting, and automation — to move at a pace traditional workflows can't match
• Turn briefs into finished, factory-ready work with speed and volume

What we're looking for

• Strong graphic/production designer with a portfolio that shows both polished creative and real production files
• Deep, current command of AI creative tools, with the taste to direct them well
• Production discipline: dielines, bleed, factory specs, print-ready files
• Fast, self-directed, and energized by working ahead of the curve
• Soft goods, home, or retail packaging experience a plus
