Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University is seeking a Project Manager for the AI Studio within the Center for AI and Digital Experience (AIDE) to guide AI-enabled product development and technology initiatives.

The role partners with the Director of the AI Studio and the Executive Director of AIDE to establish scalable operations, manage scope, and deliver projects on time while aligning with institutional priorities. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare administration, engineering, information technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multiple concurrent projects across AI product development and infrastructure buildout.
• Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership, including risks and resource needs.
• Develop and implement core PM processes, tools, and standards within the AI Studio and Center for AIDE.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and performance metrics.
