Job summary

You will facilitate collaboration with engineers, PMs, and other designers, mentor mid-level talent, and push the boundaries of AI in product experiences while maintaining velocity and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise, platform, or complex B2B products.
• Track record of driving ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives to outcomes.
• Fluency with AI as a design material and AI-native product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape across Vision Setting, AI Incubation, Craft & Systems, and End-to-End Product Quality.
• Take ideas from ambiguous to concrete and deliver fast.
• Act as a design facilitator: bring designers, PMs, and engineers into a problem and maintain momentum without micromanagement.
• Drive AI Incubation projects end to end when needed.
• Mentor mid-level designers and help unblock ambiguity.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to push feasible, high-quality solutions.
• Represent design direction in cross-functional leadership discussions.
• Use AI-powered prototyping tools to move from concept to validated direction.
