Qualifications

• 10+ years of large-scale software deployments with leadership of 15+ engineers.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products in production.
• BS in Computer Science; MS/PhD are a definite plus.

• Own the technical strategy for the agentic AI stack and engineering roadmap.
• Balance rapid shipping with reliability and creator experience.
• Lead by example and set architectural direction and standards.
