Hunt Consolidated is seeking an AI Business Strategy & Transformation Intern for our Dallas, TX office. This paid internship supports cross-functional process mapping, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, or AI integration, and building AI agents where feasible.

The role involves documenting workflows, developing scope of work for major projects, and coordinating with IT and business units to ensure deliverables align with the development pipeline.

Qualifications

Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and basic agent development.
Experience with data analysis or process documentation is a plus.
Pursuing undergrad or master’s in CS/DS/AI or related field with minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

Map current-state processes across departments using APQC framework.
Identify improvement, automation, or AI opportunities in processes.
Build and test AI agents for opportunities identified when possible.
Define scopes of work for AI initiatives to be reviewed by IT.
Prepare documentation and briefing materials for leadership.
