Job summary

One North is seeking a Lead Technology Strategist to partner with our largest clients to shape opportunities using marketing technology and emerging technologies, including AI. You will mentor colleagues, drive innovation, and lead the Technology Strategy practice while collaborating with CX/EX, UX, Brand, Content, and Data teams.

The role can be Chicago-based or remote across the U.S., with responsibilities spanning technology strategy, client delivery, and additional leadership activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing technology strategy for large clients.
• Strong consulting background with ability to shape client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology assessments of client ecosystems and identify optimization opportunities.
• Define forward-looking experience solutions using current and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Facilitate strategic workshops to produce proof-of-concept roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Coach junior strategists and mentor colleagues within the practice.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Travel up to 15% for strategic engagements.
