Job summary

The Greentree Group seeks an AI Technology/Strategic Specialist to lead AI strategy and collaborate with a skilled team for an Air Force client at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role is onsite, focusing on AI oversight, implementation, and strategic guidance to deliver mission‑critical outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a CS/IT/analytics degree or equivalent experience, with strong Python/SQL skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for executives. Travel Up to 15% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data analytics or related field; 7 years of AI engineering may substitute for degree.
• Proficient with AI models (LLMs), cloud consumption frameworks, and data tools (Python, SQL or BI tools).
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present technical strategies to executives.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem‑solving abilities.
• U.S. Citizens eligible for security clearance (NACI).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate AI strategy and present findings to senior client stakeholders.
• Spearhead ML model implementations to automate data processes and analytics.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy human-centered AI solutions with oversight.
• Establish KPIs and ensure AI initiatives deliver business value.
• Research emerging AI tools and ensure compliant, ethical deployment.
• Ensure solutions meet AF security, privacy, and data standards; travel up to 15%.
