Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a forward-thinking enterprise organization to locate their next AI Solutions Analyst.

Location: Newton, NC (100% On-Site)

Compensation: $70,000- $80,000

Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

What will your day look like?

• AI Strategy & Execution: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute the enterprise AI roadmap, lead pilots and deployments, and translate business needs into measurable AI initiatives
• AI Integration & Enablement: Configure, test, and operationalize Microsoft AI solutions (Azure OpenAI, Copilot platforms, Purview) and support approved third-party AI tools
• Governance & Oversight: Coordinate AI governance activities, maintain AI inventories, ensure safeguards, and support responsible, ethical, and compliant AI adoption

Who are you?

• AI Delivery Experience: 3+ years delivering AI initiatives in a large or complex enterprise environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution
• Confident Influencer: Assertive, self-directed professional able to lead conversations, challenge assumptions, and hold stakeholders accountable
• Governance-Minded Technologist: Strong understanding of responsible AI, risk management, compliance controls, and enterprise AI platforms
