AI Applications Operations Analyst

Location: The Woodlands / Houston, TX – Onsite Required - MUST BE LOCAL not open for those who require relocating .
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (No C2C / Third Parties)
Employment Type: Long term contract

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – AI Applications to provide hands‑on technical leadership across multiple AI-enabled software development initiatives. This individual will guide development teams, establish engineering best practices, conduct code and architecture reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, high-quality solutions are delivered.

Key Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of software development experience, including Senior/Lead-level experience


• Strong hands‑on expertise with C#, Python, JavaScript, Angular, and React


• Experience building REST APIs using ASP.NET Web API, Node.js, and/or Flask


• Strong Azure and/or AWS cloud experience


• Experience with CI/CD, Git, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and DevOps


• Strong understanding of software architecture, SOLID principles, secure coding, and automated testing


• Ability to lead code/design reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and mentor developers


• Experience supporting AI-enabled applications or enterprise-scale platforms highly preferred

Must be able to work onsite in The Woodlands/Houston, TX area.
