Job summary

The Greentree Group seeks an AI Technology/Strategic Specialist to guide AI strategy and collaborate on cutting-edge projects near Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. You will lead ML deployments, develop human-centered AI, and measure value with clear KPIs.

Requirements include a bachelor's in a related field, proficiency with AI models and Python/SQL, cloud platforms, and strong communication for executive audiences. On-site role with up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Data analytics or related field; or 7 years of AI engineering substitute.
• Proficient with AI models (LLMs), cloud frameworks, and data tools like Python/SQL/BI.
• Strong presentation skills to explain technical strategies to executives.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; US citizenship and ability to obtain a NACI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate AI strategy and present findings to senior client stakeholders.
• Spearhead ML model deployment to automate data processes and enhance analytics.
• Collaborate with the development team to deploy human-centered AI solutions.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure AI initiative value.
• Research emerging AI tools and regulatory changes for safe deployment.
• Ensure solutions meet AF security, privacy, and responsible AI standards; travel up to 15%.
