Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Applied AI/ML Sr. Associate to analyze business problems, experiment with state‑of‑the‑art models, and develop ML solutions.

You will work with product owners, data engineers, and software engineers to build new systems and deliver scalable AI capabilities across Wholesale Lending Services. You will design AI-powered software, implement data pipelines, and deploy models into production, leveraging cloud platforms and modern ML tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years as a software developer with a focus on AI/ML integrations.
• Strong Python production code
• Hands-on experience with LLM techniques: Agents, Planning, Reasoning
• Experience with ranking/recommender systems, RAG, agent systems
• Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms incl. deep learning and NLP
• Familiarity with ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras
• Experience on AWS/Azure for deployment and scaling
• Spark for big data processing and analytics
• Experience with DevOps/SRE practices is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software apps with AI/ML capabilities, focusing on AIOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop architecture and design patterns for scalable, performant software.
• Write clean, maintainable production-grade Python/JAVA/C/C++/Go code.
• Build and manage data pipelines for AI/ML data prep.
• Integrate AI models into production apps and deploy them.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scale.
• Provide code reviews and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advances and best practices in software.
• Apply SRE principles to improve reliability and availability.
