Job summary

CNA's Tech Summer Internship Program in Chicago offers a 10–12 week, hands-on experience in AI-driven innovation and workplace transformation. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot productivity tools, assess AI risks, and contribute to responsible innovation across the enterprise.

You will work with Digital Workplace Enablement and AI Strategy teams, receive mentorship from a dedicated manager, and have chances to meet senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior (undergrad) or first-year Master's student.
• GPA of 3.0+ (overall and major) required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Digital Workplace Enablement and AI Strategy teams to pilot AI tools.
• Assist in developing AI governance policies and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments for generative AI tools used in operations.
• Partner with business units to optimize AI prompts and workflows.
• Support training materials and awareness campaigns on responsible AI.
