Job summary

CNA’s Tech Summer Internship Program in Chicago offers a 10-12 week training experience focusing on AI-driven innovation, governance, and workplace transformation. Interns collaborate with Digital Workplace Enablement and AI Strategy teams to pilot tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and influence policy standards.

Selected interns may receive mentorship from leadership and a path toward full-time placement after graduation, with a hybrid in-office and remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or first-year Master’s student in IS/CS/HCI/Business Tech or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (overall and major) required.
• Familiar with digital productivity platforms and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot AI tools and workflows.
• Support AI governance policies and risk assessments for tools used in operations.
• Contribute to training materials and awareness on responsible AI use.
