As an Innovation Strategist, you will lead client-facing projects in AI strategy, process improvement, and change enablement, designing workshops and governance frameworks to translate objectives into practical, scalable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in innovation, strategy consulting, or digital transformation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI enablement preferred.
• Strong understanding of business process design and governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute innovation and AI strategy projects for clients.
• Design and deliver workshops for strategy assessment and roadmap development.
• Develop governance models and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate objectives into execution plans.
• Prepare client deliverables including strategy decks and operational playbooks.
• Support account planning and pre-sales efforts
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices.
