Qualifications

• 5+ years in innovation, strategy consulting, or digital transformation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI enablement preferred.
• Strong understanding of business process design and governance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex concepts.
• Ability to articulate messages to varied audiences.
• Organized with planning strategy and tactics.
• Experience with large-scale organizational technology efforts.
• Self-starter able to learn new processes quickly.

Position Overview

Cyclotron is seeking Innovation Strategists to deliver client-facing innovation projects focused on AI strategy, process improvement, and change enablement. Strategists design andfacilitateworkshops, develop governance frameworks, and translate businessobjectivesinto actionable plans, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable.

Responsibilities
