Qualifications
- 5+ years in innovation, strategy consulting, or digital transformation.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI enablement preferred.
- Strong understanding of business process design and governance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex concepts.
- Ability to articulate messages to varied audiences.
- Organized with planning strategy and tactics.
- Experience with large-scale organizational technology efforts.
- Self-starter able to learn new processes quickly.
Responsibilities
- Execute innovation and AI strategy projects for clients.
- Design and deliver workshops for strategy assessment and roadmap development.
- Develop governance models and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate objectives into execution plans.
- Prepare client deliverables including strategy decks and operational playbooks.
- Support account planning and pre-sales efforts.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices.
