Job summary

RPM SPG in Medina, OH is seeking an Associate AI Analyst to support enterprise data and AI strategy and governance. You will assist with training delivery, use case workshops, and value case development while translating business requirements into digital solutions.

The role involves researching emerging technologies, building proof-of-concept solutions, ensuring policy alignment, and collaborating with offshore and business-unit teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/AI or related field.
• 0–2 years of AI, data analytics, or technology consulting experience.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms.
• Databricks, LangGraph, Copilot Studio, Claude Code, GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Assist in AI strategy execution and governance monitoring.
• Lead and support training sessions for AI tools, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate in workshops to identify, assess, and refine AI use cases across units.
• Assist in building value cases for AI initiatives, including ROI analysis.
• Conduct research and develop PoCs and production-ready AI solutions.
• Support teams in aligning with AI policies and ethics during tool usage.
• Partner with business to define data requirements and aid in modeling and insights generation.
• Support deployment and integration of AI tools with governance standards.
• Collaborate with offshore AI team members and business units for knowledge sharing.
