Experience in strategy, business analysis, product or program operations, data and analytics, technology transformation, or AI/GenAI initiatives.
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly across business, technology, and risk partners.

Responsibilities

Supports one or more strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions.
Defines the business problem and a planned approach for initiatives.
Obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for initiatives.
Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives; collaborates with senior team members on presentations.
Works with multiple lines of business to implement recommended solutions.
Collaborates with Engineers and Data Scientists to drive work.
