Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience, with a strong intuition for AI tools
• Comfortable using AI to write, build, and debug — not just as a gimmick, but as a core part of your workflow
• More product/workflow intuition than deep engineering experience — the AI handles the heavy lifting
• Self-starter who can run with a project and iterate quickly

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on internal dashboards, workflows, and automations using AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reporting
• Set up smart cadences and tooling integrations across our tech stack
