Job summary

ARMADA seeks an AI Solutions Leader to drive business value from AI across the organization. You will partner with executives to identify high-value problems, shape approaches, and lead delivery within a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field.
7+ years of experience, including 3+ in product management or leadership.
Deep expertise in AI-driven customer service solutions.
Experience with Azure, Fabric, and Power Platform.
Ability to analyze complex problems and identify cost-effective solutions.
Strong communication with executive management.

Responsibilities

Lead AI initiatives from idea to outcome.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify decisions, workflows, and constraints.
Maintain focus on measurable value, not experimentation for its own sake.
Define and evolve the Applied AI roadmap.
Establish near- and medium-term priorities aligned to business value.
Balance quick wins with longer-term capability building.
Adjust direction as needs evolve.
Apply sound judgment across AI approaches.
Evaluate and select between AI agents, LLM automation, computer vision, and traditional ML.
