Ladders is seeking an AI Strategist to shape the strategy for AI‑driven customer experience operations, partnering across stakeholders to define priorities and an ROI‑driven roadmap grounded in business impact.

You will evaluate LLM capabilities, analyze data to guide decisions, pilot new AI features, and scale successful initiatives to reduce friction and improve outcomes for customers.

This remote, US‑based role offers high visibility and the chance to influence enterprise AI strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting, strategy, product, analytics, implementation, or customer success roles, ideally with AI or LLM-first products.
• Proven ability to build roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Technical understanding of LLM-based AI agents and their functionalities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas simply.
• Strong project management skills with a proactive execution mindset.

For our client, we are seeking a AI Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the strategy for AI-driven customer experience operations, with a focus on identifying high-value opportunities for automation and augmentation. You will partner across stakeholders to define priorities, sequence initiatives, and ensure the roadmap is grounded in business impact and customer needs. The position also plays a key role in evaluating LLM-based capabilities, using data and performance insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually
