This role focuses on building and operationalizing advanced machine learning and NLP solutions that support smarter decision-making across the organization. You will develop LLM-powered agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and scalable data pipelines that enable reliable AI-driven applications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and SQL.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM systems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and retrieval systems.
• Experience with APIs and cloud platforms.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Data Scientist Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will focus on building and operationalizing advanced machine learning and NLP solutions that support smarter decision-making across the organization. The position will develop LLM-powered agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and scalable data pipelines that enable reliable AI-driven applications. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve model performance, streamline experimentation, and deliver production-ready data science capabilities in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 annually
