Job summary

Tyler Technologies in Yarmouth, Maine, is seeking a Product Analyst, AI Solutions to shape and optimize AI-driven features across our product suite. You will translate client needs into user stories, evaluate model outputs, and collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and SMEs.

You will design prompts, maintain libraries, run experiments and A/B tests, and help ensure outputs are accurate, trustworthy, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in software, AI/ML, or related product analysis roles.
• Experience with AI/ML applications (LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI interaction design.
• Basic knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL.
• Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM development processes.
• Excellent planning, organization, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in ERP systems or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and refine prompts, templates, and conversation flows for reliability and user alignment.
• Maintain prompt libraries, track changes, and manage versioning.
• Test AI model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance; apply guardrails and validation layers.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to resolve model drift and new scenarios.
• Translate business and user feedback into actionable improvements and drive iteration.
