Job summary

Clinisys(Raleigh, NC) seeks an AI Business Partner to bridge business and delivery teams, shaping AI-enabled solutions from discovery through adoption. You’ll translate needs into requirements, support governance, and drive measurable value with cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with leaders to prioritize opportunities, coordinate with AI engineers, and oversee rollout, training, and ongoing improvement while maintaining strong governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven business analysis, process-mapping, and requirements development skills.
• Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled solutions, responsible use, adoption, and value measurement.
• Clear, concise communication and the ability to coordinate cross-functional work within established priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams and department leaders to understand processes, challenges, and goals.
• Translate business needs into documented requirements, success measures, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with AI Engineers and other partners to support solution design, delivery, testing, and launch.
• Coordinate required security, privacy, and governance reviews and support adoption activities.
• Monitor usage and outcomes, analyze results, and document lessons learned for improvement.
