Job summary

Essity is seeking an AI Solutions Architect in Charlotte, NC to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered and automation-driven solutions across Health & Medical operations. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures, ensuring governance and enterprise alignment.

Responsibilities include leading AI initiatives, building reusable components, and guiding cross-functional teams to drive measurable value while maintaining responsible AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, software development, data engineering, automation, AI, solution architecture, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, cloud, and software development practices.
• Working knowledge of data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve business outcomes.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead training, enablement, and knowledge-sharing programs to build AI capabilities across the organization.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, and analytics applications.
• Establish and promote standards for solution development, documentation, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define success metrics and align initiatives with governance.
• Ensure AI solutions are validated, tested, monitored, and documented for reliability and limitations.
• Provide technical leadership across Health & Medical business initiatives.
