Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design, build, test, and scale AI-enabled manufacturing solutions across MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, PLC, IoT data. This hands-on role creates working solutions, prototypes, accelerators, demonstrations, reference architectures, and reusable IP for pursuit and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
• Ability to translate manufacturing problems into AI use cases and requirements.
• Experience with data platforms, MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, IoT integration.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, RAG, and industrial data architectures.
• Experience with agile solution development and end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of AI-based manufacturing solutions and reusable data/technology foundations.
• Translate manufacturing problems into AI use cases, user stories, functional and technical requirements.
• Lead use-case development from concept through prototype to industrialization.
