Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design, build, test, and scale differentiated AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will combine manufacturing domain knowledge with data platforms, semantic models, and RAG patterns to deliver repeatable assets.

This is a hands-on role focused on creating working prototypes, reference architectures, and reusable IP that can be deployed by pursuit and delivery teams across MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, PLC, and IoT

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4–6 years of relevant AI solution development or industrial data platform experience.
  • Experience with MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, and industrial data integration.
  • Strong collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams in pursuit and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable data foundations.
  • Translate manufacturing problems into clearly defined AI use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead use-case development from concept to working prototype and handoff for industrialization.
  • Design manufacturing data platform architectures and governance standards.
