Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design, build, test, and scale AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will work with data engineers, AI engineers, software developers, and business leaders to turn priority use cases into production-ready assets.

You will be responsible for end-to-end solution development, data platform architectures, and reusable solution components that can be deployed by pursuit and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience building AI/ML solutions for manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, PLC is preferred.
• Experience with knowledge graphs and AI copilots.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, hands-on development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI-based manufacturing solutions, prototypes, accelerators, demonstrations, and reusable components.
• Translate manufacturing problems into defined AI use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Lead use-case development from concept through working prototype and industrialization handoff.
• Design manufacturing data platform architectures connecting MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, PLC, IoT and more.
