Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations or closely adjacent discipline.
• Shipped AI-powered workflows that demonstrably changed how teams work.
• Hands‑on experience with frontier AI tools (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini).
• Experience building agentic systems with AI components interacting.
• Adoption-minded approach to building with accountability for usage.
• Strong communication skills for ICs to CMO leadership.
• Prioritization discipline and ability to say no to low-value requests.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact workflows across Marketing and rebuild them AI‑natively from ground up.
• Own the full cycle: state, design, build, ship, measure changes.
• Create compelling internal narratives and case studies for AI wins.
• Develop portable, reusable infrastructure for scale across teams.
• Establish intake framework and defensible build prioritization.
• Drive change management and user adoption for new AI tools.
• Lead the MarComms AI KR forum with cross‑functional stakeholders.
