Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Marketing AI & Operations Leader to rebuild Marketing processes through AI-native solutions. You will identify slow, manual workflows and translate them into scalable, measurable AI-powered processes across the Marketing function.

Your role emphasizes delivering high-impact, portable solutions, driving adoption, and coordinating with AI-goal owners to accelerate impact across campaigns, planning narratives, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or closely adjacent discipline.
• Shipped AI-powered workflows that demonstrably changed how teams work.
• Hands-on daily experience with frontier AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4o, or Gemini.
• Experience building agentic systems where AI components interact with each other, including multi-agent design and orchestration.
• Adoption-minded approach to building: design for adoption from day one and accountability for usage.
• Strong communication skills to explain what you're building to ICs and leadership.
• Prioritization discipline: ability to evaluate requests and assess AI candidacy and cost-benefit.

Responsibilities

• Building (60%): identify high-impact workflows; rebuild them AI-natively; own full cycle from state to measure; develop an intake framework and portable solutions.
• Driving Adoption (20%): manage change, evangelize wins, generate demand for AI capabilities across Marketing.
• Orchestration & Thought Partnership (20%): lead AI KR forum; unblock vendor delays; partner with AI goal owners.
