Job summary

Eagle Brook Church seeks an AI Solutions Analyst to lead the organization’s AI strategy, governance, and tool optimization across ministries. You will ensure responsible use, security, and policy alignment while building staff capability and managing vendor relationships.

The role reports to the Technology Director and involves designing training programs, evaluating tools, and guiding AI-driven process improvements. Hybrid work options and a strong nonprofit mission are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, MIS, or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and functional leadership skills.
• Ability to evaluate technology tools for fit, security risk, and ministry value.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Eagle Brook Church’s AI Use Policy, ensuring alignment with emerging tools, risks, and best practices.
• Evaluates standalone AI tools for organizational alignment, data security, and practical value.
• Oversees, configures, and optimizes approved AI tools for Eagle Brook Church’s workflows and use cases.
• Establishes and enforces data protection, confidentiality, and ethical guardrails for AI use, including guidance on sensitive data and IP.
• Manages AI vendor relationships, including contract review, renewals, and usage monitoring.
• Designs and delivers AI training programs to build staff literacy and responsible usage.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to map AI opportunities across ministries.
• Analyzes business processes to identify AI-enabled improvements and value streams.
• Creates practical prompts and self-service resources for staff to work safely with AI tools.
• Monitors AI adoption, using indicators to measure value and guide improvements.
• Supports change-management efforts related to AI adoption.
