Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking an AI Governance & Adoption Specialist to support responsible AI use. You will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Informatics and AI, coordinating intake, governance documentation, risk follow‑ups, and training across departments to ensure safe deployment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in AI governance or data governance with PM leadership, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Governance & AI experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
• PM leadership with project planning and delivery.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI intake, inventory Tracking and governance docs.
• Monitor risk, approvals, vendor and regulatory records.
• Plan projects and track milestones with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance for staff.
• Support dashboards, AI workflows and issue escalations.
