Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst (P04‑Specialist).
• Experience leading analytics projects with high independence.
• Experience with AI/ML projects or advanced analytics in an organizational setting.

Responsibilities

• Implements data standards and automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources, transforming raw data into usable metrics and decision‑ready insights.
• Constructs data sets, monitors data quality, troubleshoots and resolves database issues to ensure data integrity across all analytical workflows.
• Utilizes scripting and querying tools (Python, R, or SQL), data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards.
• Analyzes datasets to generate insights, trends, and recommendations for leadership, translating complex findings into clear, accessible formats.
• Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate performance metrics and operational insights effectively.
• Monitors performance of deployed data and AI solutions and recommends improvements based on analytical findings.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Evaluates, recommends, and supports the selection and implementation of AI tools, platforms, and data infrastructure.
