Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform document workflows and business processes.

You will work with product managers, imaging and software architects to prototype, integrate, and deploy imaging algorithms and scalable AI capabilities for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering skills, hands-on AI development, and experience with cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Image Processing, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise/product environments.
• Experience with Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate跨 teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, NLP, AI Agents, CV, Edge AI).
• Develop intelligent document workflow solutions leveraging AI to extract insights and automate decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and architectures.
• Create testing plans, validation protocols, and documentation for quality and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and work with partners to deliver on schedule.
