Job summary

HP is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform document workflows, business processes, and customer experiences. You will work with AI, LLMs, NLP, AI Agents, CV, and Edge AI to create intelligent enterprise solutions.

The role combines software engineering with hands-on AI application development, image science, and cloud services, requiring collaboration across global teams and mentoring of junior engineers.

Qualifications

• BS/BE in CS/CE/Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise or commercial product environments.
• Experience with Python, C#, Java, JavaScript or C++.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, AI Agents, CV, Edge AI).
• Develop intelligent document workflow solutions leveraging AI to extract insights and automate decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and architectures.
• Create testing plans, validation protocols, and documentation for quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the solution stack.
• Work with internal and external partners to deliver projects on schedule.
• Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance products.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
