Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise products.
• Experience with Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications to automate workflows.
• Prototype and evaluate AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, AI agents, and CV.
• Build intelligent document workflows to extract insights and automate decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and architectures.
• Create testing plans, validation, and documentation for quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
• Work with partners to deliver projects on schedule and meet objectives.
• Stay current with AI trends and mentor junior engineers.
