HP Development Company, L.P. is seeking an innovative AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform document workflows and enterprise processes.

This role blends software engineering with AI, NLP, LLMs, and cloud services to deliver scalable imaging and document intelligence solutions for global customers. You will collaborate with product managers, imaging and software architects, and development partners to prototype, validate, and deploy high‑quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Image Processing, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise or commercial product environments.
• Experience developing applications using modern programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions that improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance customer experiences.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI Agents, Computer Vision, and Edge AI solutions.
• Develop intelligent document workflow solutions that leverage AI to extract insights, automate decisions, and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and solution architectures.
• Create and execute comprehensive testing plans, validation protocols, and technical documentation to ensure solution quality, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software, integration, and deployment issues across the solution stack.
• Work with internal and external development partners to deliver projects on schedule and meet quality objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to incorporate innovative AI capabilities into future products and solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
