Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior or Lead AI Engineer to design and deploy production-ready AI applications, working hybrid with three days in the Warsaw office. You will build agentic workflows that automate exception handling, data classification, decision making, and reporting, turning complex business processes into seamless cognitive pipelines.

Collaborate with Regulatory Operations and stakeholders to map workflows, advance from PoC to scalable systems, and contribute to the future roadmap

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications, not just experimentation.
• Strong Python skills and practical use of LangChain for LLM apps.
• Proven work with cloud technologies and scalable AI deployments.
• Experience implementing and optimizing RAG solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build Agentic Workflows: design AI-powered agents for triage, categorization, and decision support.
• Automate & Classify: develop NLP matching and classification to resolve data issues.
• Bridge Business & AI: map current workflows with stakeholders to automate cognitive bottlenecks.
• Prototype to Production: take PoC ideas to scalable production-ready LLM applications.
• Shape the Future Roadmap: contribute to rule-text interpretation and automated code-generation.
