Job summary

Mindset Consulting, LLC is seeking an SAP Business AI Solution Architect to design scalable AI solutions on SAP BTP, Joule, and Copilots. You will lead workshops, prototype PoCs, and guide enterprise adoption of AI while ensuring security and governance across SAP systems.

You will collaborate with BTP, Build, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered workflows, embeddings, and integrative services, traveling up to 20–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP architecture with 2–3+ years in AI, BTP, automation, or intelligent extensions.
• Familiarity with SAP Business AI portfolio (Joule, predictive AI, SAP copilots).
• Experience designing or building AI-powered apps using CAP, Node.js/Java services, and BTP extension models.
• Strong grasp of clean-core extensibility, API-led design, and enterprise governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI use case discovery across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and BTP apps.
• Design end-to-end AI workflows using SAP Business AI components on BTP.
• Prototype and lead PoCs/MVPs to validate feasibility and business value.
• Architect retrieval pipelines, embeddings, RAG, and copilot extensions on BTP.
• Ensure secure integrations between SAP core systems and AI services with governance.
