Qualifications

• 3-6 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping and maintaining production systems for real customers.
• Strong fundamentals; Node.js, TypeScript and React experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build, deploy and maintain production software.
• Own customer projects, including delivery plans and technical implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve deployed systems.
• Travel to customer sites when needed (about 10%).
