Job summary

Gunnison Consulting Group seeks a Strategic SME & Advisory Role dedicated to AI, Generative AI, and automation. You will identify AI solutions to enhance cybersecurity, governance, and operations, and engineer multi-agent architectures with robust workflows.

The role covers integration with APIs and enterprise systems, prompt engineering, and leading pilots from POCs to production with measurable efficiency gains. Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, automation, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience implementing AI, Generative AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Experience leading technology pilots, evaluations, or deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Assurance, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field.
• One or more AI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's SME for AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging automation technologies.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that improve cybersecurity, governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Design multi-agent systems with reasoning, memory, planning, and tool-use capabilities.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity/tools.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts and structured reasoning frameworks.
• Lead AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments.
