Job summary

The AI Enterprise Architect will provide technical leadership across AI/ML initiatives, establish architecture standards, and ensure alignment with security, governance, data, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and AI/ML solution architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, architecture patterns, and cloud platforms.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data, integration, security, and governance principles.
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Payroll, HR, Finance, Data, Engineering, and Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise AI architecture and technology strategy across business functions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify AI opportunities.
• Design scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, models, and frameworks for enterprise adoption.
• Establish standards and best practices for AI solution architecture, integration, security, governance, and scalability.
• Partner with data, engineering, security, cloud, and business teams to deliver AI initiatives.
• Ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with existing enterprise applications, data platforms, and systems.
