Job summary

The Good Company in Springfield, MO is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design data models, wire up APIs, and ship tooling that replaces spreadsheets and legacy BI. You’ll own end-to-end solutions, from conception to deployment, collaborating with a focused Information team.

Bring fundamentals, a bias for action, and comfort with AI to build impactful tools in a fast-growing 3PL environment. This is an onsite/hybrid role with a strong emphasis on practical, high-value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and dashboards used by the team the next day.

• Own projects from scope through shipping and post-launch support.
