Job summary

Compass Digital in San Francisco seeks an experienced Manager, AI Solutions & Enablement to identify, develop, and deploy AI-driven capabilities across operations, culinary, and business functions. You will design tools with ChatGPT, Codex, and Power Platform, and run training sessions to boost adoption.

The role emphasizes building usable solutions, governance, and enablement across distributed teams in a fast-paced hospitality tech environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in business systems analysis, technical product management, or a closely adjacent role — translating messy operational problems into working systems.
Hands-on AI tool building with demonstrable examples (custom GPTs, agents, automations, or apps) and ability to explain fixes.
Proficiency in at least one of Python, SQL, or JavaScript for lightweight development and data work.
Experience with process improvement and change management; able to drive adoption.
Ability to teach non-technical users with clear, jargon-free communication.
Executive-level written communication capable of presenting to senior leaders or clients.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and enable AI-driven solutions across operations, culinary, finance, HR, and safety.
Design, build, and maintain tools using ChatGPT, Codex, Power Platform, and lightweight scripting.
Own solutions through iteration and adoption, not just first release.
Create training curricula, documentation, and prompt libraries to enable self-sufficiency.
Establish governance guardrails and collaborate with IT, Legal, and Information Security.
Produce illustrative deliverables and manage an opportunity pipeline with sizing, effort, and impact.
