The position emphasizes delivering working AI solutions, training operators, and establishing practical guardrails with IT and Legal, while partnering with senior leaders to scale impact across Compass Group USA’s digital

Qualifications

5+ years in business systems analysis, technical product management, or closely adjacent role.
Hands-on AI tool building with examples (custom GPTs, agents, automations).
Experience with process improvement and driving adoption.
Ability to teach non-technical users clearly and effectively at executive level.
Strong written communication suitable for senior leaders or clients.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and enable AI-driven solutions across operations, culinary, finance, HR, and safety.
Design, build, and maintain solutions using AI tools; ship working tools, own them through adoption.
Create curricula, documentation, and prompt libraries; run live sessions and office hours.
Establish governance guardrails for data, outputs, tooling, and vendor collaboration.
